The Bible says that the earth is filled with the goodness of the Lord (Ps 33:5). it is rather unfortunate that some people only experience the evil,the bad and the ugly whereas some have never experienced failure, poverty and the dwindling life.

We saw last week that meditating on the word puts you above in life. This week however, I want to put to you the importance of words.

An experiment was done by a scientist on the effects of words on water. He put the water under a microscope. He said good words to the water, the molecules were fine amd gentle. When evil words were said to the water, there was violent collision.

Medically speaking, the body is made of 70% water. Imagine speaking good words to our body; saying to yourself "I'm a success, I'm healed..." Your body will definitely respond. Your mouth has been given to you not just for food but to make your path successful. Speak life to your life, environment and others. Nature has ears. Jesus spoke to the sea, to trees, etc and they heard. Speak to all things around you and they would listen.

Part of he reasons Job encountered some of the woes that came his way was because of his words. Job 3:26 says I was not in safety and I was not quiet. He spoke his fears and they befell him. Don't speak your fears. "Oh boy ye, that test na banging things oh..." Do not let such words proceed out of your mouth.

Never speak based on your feelings or emotions; be angry and you will make the best speech you will regret. Sensor your words and you will be a great man.
